Description: The establishment of the Novy Bor museum is credited to the Association of Glass Workers. With the support of councillors, who released the required space for the exhibition in the building of the local Town Hall, the museum was open in 1893. Although the town gradually freed more space in the Town Hall for the growing collection, a satisfactory spatial solution was not achieved until 1952, when the museum was moved into house no. 105, where it is housed until the present.
