Tours / exhibitions
Description: | The exposition familiarises visitors with how food was stored in earlier times, with the development of light used in the underground (from the first torches to candles and petroleum lamps). The exposition is completed by objects of daily use found during archaeological surveys of the Zelne Market. There is an alchemist laboratory reminding us of the famous persons who once worked in Brno. Old win cellars and a historical inn. Replicas of the city stakes and cages for fools, which one stood in the market in the 17th century. | ||
