In the case of a court or other proceeding with the portal operators as a result of false declaration, he/she shall provide the portal operators at his/her own expense all necessary cooperation, source documents, information and proof, and he/she shall enter proceedings as a participant upon the call of the portal operators.
• he/she grants the operator of the company World Media Partners, s.r.o. an unrestricted licence for use of the entered photographs, not exclusive in terms of time and method, and authorisation to grant these rights to third persons. The portal operator is not obligated to use the licence.
