Dle dřívějška jste se hodně pohoršili, skoro žádné ovoce, menší porce. Prý prsonál mluví třemi jazyky - německy ne, nebyl ani jídelníček v němčině, manželka německy mluvícího pacienta ho musela provázet a překládat. Jo a nemuseli by se konat žranice pro představitele města na úkor pacientů. Translate: react

Ve vaší nabídce uvádíte jazyk personálu němčina. Uvěřila jsem vaší reklamě a přijela do lázní s německy mluvícím manželem, samoplátcem. V celý lázních jsme nenašli jediného člověka německy mluvícího. Na recepci neochotný mladík,který nás poslal do přijímací kanceláře, odtud jsme museli opět zpět na recepci. Na recepci na stole ležely papíry pro nás připravené. Německý prospekt neměl (večerní službu konající mladá slečná nám ho ochotně přinesla), nenabídl vozík pro zavazadla, které manžel tahal do obou budov, nepodal žádné informace. Musela jsem bydlet v budově pro pojištěnce a běhat z druhé budovy za manželem a doprovázet ho na procedury a pak zase na moje procedury do mojí budovy. Byla to štvanice. Dvě přijímací kanceláře na 2 budovy se mi zdá trochu přepych, zvláště když nemohou zajistit pokoj pro manžele. Ve Fr.Lázních (Pavlík a Isis, dvě velké budovy s jednou kanceláří), Třeboni aj. je toto samozřejmostí. Naštěstí nám dovolili sedět při jídle společně u stolu - musela jsem manželovi překládat jídelníček. Procedury velmi slabé, masírovali mne lidé, kteří neví, co je to masáž, slabá LTV, Masarykova vana nádherná pro 40 kg slečnu, ale ne pro moji váhu, procedury nesystematicky plánované, většinou po masáži koupel, plynová injekce po koupeli,... Jídlo někdy dobré, ale brambory, halušky s česnekovou pastou, kapusta - to nebylo k jídlu, málo ovoce,... Lázně jsou obsazeny lidmi, kteří sem jezdí každoročně, scházejí se zde se známými ve stejném termínu, navštěvují vinné sklípky. Mnoho lidí však bylo se službami nespokojeno a stěžovali si.
