Exposition of minerals and fossils (Expozice minerálů a fosílií)

The submitter

• declares, that for the submitted photographs, which will be added to the database, he/she has the copyrights to their use and authorisation to provide a licence to third persons for the submitted works
• he/she declares that he/she is entering photographs to the respective object and the photographs correspond with reality
• he/she declares that he/she accepts the full legal liabilities for any arising falsity of this declaration and possible claims of authors of the photographs and third persons exercised for this reason against the portal operators shall be settled by him/her self directly and he/she shall eventually pay for damages and lost profit. In the case of a court or other proceeding with the portal operators as a result of false declaration, he/she shall provide the portal operators at his/her own expense all necessary cooperation, source documents, information and proof, and he/she shall enter proceedings as a participant upon the call of the portal operators.
• he/she grants the operator of the company World Media Partners, s.r.o. an unrestricted licence for use of the entered photographs, not exclusive in terms of time and method, and authorisation to grant these rights to third persons. The portal operator is not obligated to use the licence.
